Phoenix Mormon Temple in our neighborhood

This is a rendering of what the new temple will basically look like.

When Gare and I attended the meeting last week at the meeting house, the new design is different. Similar to this, but different. The angel at the top most point will be 126 feet tall.

At this point, the church is asking for a rezoning of the lots they own. If that passes, then they are going to build a temple on the lot just west of the meetinghouse at 51st Ave. and Pinnacle Peak Ave.

We currently have 20 homes that are Active in the mls. Six homes that are Pending!

We have buyers in our neighborhood, my friends! People are finding our little slice of heaven in this area. Prices are the lowest they've been in a long time. Value is to be had here.

We have a mix of beautiful mature acre properties with horse privileges with gorgeous custom homes, and beautiful newer homes nestled in our community. The schools are nearby, as are shopping and jobs. And who can complain about the views of Thunderbird Conservation Park? What's all the mess about?

While driving on 59th Ave. through the Thunderbird Park you'll have to be extra careful for awhile. The road is under construction. Soon the two lane road will be widened with a landscaped meridian, a seperate (and safer) bike lane, and an over pass from the west park to the east park so hikers can walk safely from one to the other.
