Phoenix Mormon Temple in our neighborhood

This is a rendering of what the new temple will basically look like.
When Gare and I attended the meeting last week at the meeting house, the new design is different. Similar to this, but different. The angel at the top most point will be 126 feet tall.
At this point, the church is asking for a rezoning of the lots they own. If that passes, then they are going to build a temple on the lot just west of the meetinghouse at 51st Ave. and Pinnacle Peak Ave.

Good news! Pending home sales are up!
We currently have 20 homes that are Active in the mls. Six homes that are Pending!
We have buyers in our neighborhood, my friends! People are finding our little slice of heaven in this area. Prices are the lowest they've been in a long time. Value is to be had here.

Harkins Theatre has Child Care!

Let's sell your listing!

I keep a book of the listings in our neighborhood. (That is defined the circulation area for my newsletter. If you receive my newsletter by mail, you are in that group of 600 homes)
This year I have a goal of previewing more of the homes that are Active, than last year. I would like to be at 100%. Being an expert in the neighborhood requires me to be able to answer phone calls from people who find us on the web. I like to be able to listen to them and then mention the one or two homes that most fit what they are looking for.
If you have a home listed, please understand that one of the viewings will probably be from me. Even though I may not have an active prequalified purchasing client at that time. I hope your Realtor is keeping you abreast of showings or previews by other Realtors and that you understand my preview wasn't a waste of time. Thank-you.
In addition, I would appreciate it if you would give me permission, via your Listing Realor/Broker, to promote your listing on my web site, http://www.margodoolittle.com/, this blog, and my other blog, http://www.glendaleazrealestate.blogspot.com/. I'd love to be the one to bring you a qualified and motivated buyer!

On Friday, November 7th, a feature film was shot in this home starring James Caan and Luke Wilson.
